3-Day Refund Window

We offer a 3-day refund window for eligible products. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• The request for a refund must be made within the 3-day refund window.
• Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within the 3-day refund window.
2. Provide them with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like a refund.
3. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the refund process.

Refund Process

Once your refund request has been approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

While we strive to provide refunds for all eligible products, there are certain items that are non-refundable. These include:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items without their original tags.
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional period.
